DBT Skills group is for adults hoping to improve emotion regulation, interpersonal skills, distress tolerance, and mindfulness (and/or just want to live life more skillfully). This group runs in cycles and meets for 13 sessions in total. Group members must be committed to attending group consistently and regularly.
Group members will learn how to participate more fully in life, cope successfully with symptoms of anxiety or depression, get unstuck from unhelpful emotional or behavioral patterns, let go of judgments of self and others, utilize skillful ways of getting through emotional crises, decrease behaviors that are creating difficulties in life, more effectively handle emotional pain, and use assertive communication.

Time: Wednesdays, 6:30-8pm
Shame Slayers is a drop in group for women struggling with food. This open group will meets weekly (or biweekly if you'd like to attend both sessions!). Group members explore topics such as how our relationship to food relates to our relationships with people, the cultivation of self love and compassion, and underlying functions and causes of eating problems. Lovingly called "Shame Slayers" by group members, this group offers truly supportive space for members.
Time: Saturdays, 5:30-7pm & Sundays
Cost: Donation based - suggested donation is $20, but no one turned away for lack of payment
