Sia Lenaburg, MHC-LP
Sia graduated from Columbia University where she completed a Masters of Education and Masters of Arts in Psychological Counseling. She is certified in EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing trauma therapy, as well as DBT and other behavioral methods for recovery. Sia specializes in working with adults and teens recovering from body dysmorphia, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and PTSD. She also has a special interest and love in working with LGBTQIA peoples. Sia has taught and practiced yoga for 10 years. She is a trained reiki practitioner, and applies an understanding of the subtle, energetic body to therapeutic somatic work. Sia has experience in and a passion for dance movement therapy
Rachele o'hare, LMSW
Rachele is a licensed social worker who completed her graduate training at the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration with a concentration in clinical social work. Rachele has experience providing individual and group therapy to clients with a wide range of presenting problems, including mental illness, eating disorders, substance use, and histories of trauma. Rachele was trained using a trauma-focused approach and believes in providing a genuine and compassionate environment to facilitate clients' recovery.
Alicia perez, MHC
Alicia is a graduate of Brooklyn College's master's of mental health counseling program. Alicia has a special interest in eating disorders, women's health, and family systems. A warm yet serious clinician, Alicia sets her clients at ease and creates safe space for the exploration of causes underlying painful behavioral symptoms.
Lindsay Woodward, mhc
Lindsay is a graduate of Messiah College’s clinical mental health counseling master’s program. Lindsay worked for three years as a Recovery Coach at Monte Nido River Towns, a residential program for women with eating disorders. She focuses on treating clients with anxiety, depression, and relational problems. With a background in fine arts, she employs a creative and integrated approach that imparts hope and insight to her clients.
